COVID-19 Policy
COVID-19 Policy at LLangoed Hall
The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, guests and visitors has always been our main priority. We have implemented measures in order to create a safe environment for everyone. We are constantly monitoring and reviewing best practice from the Welsh Government, as this changes we will update our methods and processes accordingly.
COVID-19 Policy
- All of our team members have completed all necessary risk assessment, health and safety and COVID-19 training
- PPE has been provided and is readily available for all of our teams to use as and where required
- We have adapted our working methods and shift patterns to create a safer working environment
- Although there is no social distancing regulations in place we do encourage a keep left policy
- Sanitiser points are available throughout the hotel including main entrance and exit areas
- Common and high use touch points have been identified and enhanced cleaning procedures are in place
- Hotel information packs have been removed from guest bedrooms and public areas and are available on-line
- Minimum touch check-in and check-out procedures
- The cost of your stay will be deduced from your secure card on departure.
- Card payment is preferred.
- Services provided during your stay will be charged to your room upon consumption
- Single use amenities are provided in your room
Food & Beverage
- All dining requirements should be booked at the reservation stage for both breakfast and dinner.
- In room dining is available.
- Our menu offering has been adapted and requires minimal food preparation and handling
- We have outside areas available for dining
Meetings & Events
- Many event rooms have access to outdoor spaces
- We are happy to show you around our facilities
COVID-19 Guest Guidelines
- We request you make your reservation in advance of your arrival and advise us of your dining requirements
- We will require full name, address with postcode, contact telephone number and email address at the time of booking
- You will receive an email to confirm your reservation which will include a link to our website advising our COVID-19 policy and guidelines
- The cost of your stay will be deduced from your secure card on departure - we do not accept American Express or Diners cards )
- If you require to make any changes to your reservation please ensure to contact our reservations team as soon as possible
- We would request you adhere to the Welsh Government guidelines in relation to your stay with us.
- We are doing our best to comply with Government advice and keep you safe, with these additional measure in place we request you allow a little extra time for our teams to provide our services
- If you require to make any changes to your reservation please ensure to contact our reservations team as soon as possible
- Although face coverings are no longer a mandatory requirements and is an individual choice we will continue to wear face coverings.

- For your safety we will not schedule to service your room during your stay. If you wish to have your room serviced please advise on the reservation stage.

- Prior to departure you will receive a copy of your account from us by email for you to confirm.
- There will be a key drop facility available for you by the reception desk, you will not need to wait at reception for assistance.
