Credit Card details are required to secure your reservation. American Express not accepted. Cheques not accepted, unless for functions 2 weeks prior to arrival. See our cancellation policy for other charges.
Confirmed reservations cancelled within 72 hours - from 2pm prior to arrival are liable to be charged for, unless all the accommodation is re-let to other clients. In all cases of cancellation, there will be a handling charge of £50 per room on returned deposits. It is advisable for your or your clients to be covered with travel indemnity.
Our cancellation policy is extended to 30 days for reservations cancelled during the Hay Festival, Christmas, New Years or group bookings of 5 or more rooms. Full payment is required prior to arrival.
As dog lovers ourselves, we have 2 dedicated doggy-friendly rooms here at Llangoed Hall.
We know that new places can be overwhelming, exciting and intimidating to our four-legged companions! That’s why on arrival your room will be ready with an extra comfy doggy bed, 2 bowls and a few treats to chew away any nerves. The charge for the furry friend in the room is only £25.00 per night.
Alternatively, you can leave your dog, free of charge, in one of our heated kennels, while you enjoy your stay at Llangoed Hall. We also provide a doggy pack to the kennel as well.
All we require is for you to contact the hotel directly at the reservation stage, to make sure we have the dog-friendly rooms or kennels available for the required dates.
Dogs are also welcome in our Snooker room or any of the outside areas, where they can join you for a drink.
Not everybody likes our furry friends so please be respectful to others. Please help us keep the Hotel and grounds tidy using the doggy bins provided in the car park and wooded area.
We can also assist you with plenty of ideas for walks with your dog. Our reception team will be more than happy to show you some paths.
We respectfully advise that any damage caused by dogs in the rooms will incur an extra charge.
